Vendor information
Vendors must supply all booth equipment including tables, chairs, and tents. Booths are limited to 10' x 10', 10’ x 20’ and 10’ x 30’. Electricity and water supplies are limited and requests will be accommodated when possible.
All vendor locations are assigned on a first come first served basis. Applications are not considered "complete" until all materials are received including application, payment, signed release of liability, and proof of insurance. Payment must be received before a commitment to a designated site can be given. All information is confidential and will only be handled by Fredericksburg Dog Mart Event staff.
Date for submission of Vendor forms has been moved forward to September 25, 2009. Make check payable to Lionhearts - Dog Mart. Thanks.
